A highly complex wine with notes of black and candied red fruits, clear hints of forest floor and strong mineral bouquet mixed with fine, elegant wood aromas.
TASTE
Smooth on the palate with well-polished tannins, clear hints of very ripe fruit with notes of pastry.
WINEMAKING PROCESS
Hand-picked from the family’s ancient vineyards, located at high altitude in chalky soils with a clayey bottom.
Cold maceration, malolactic fermentation in barrels from a range of French cooperages, racking according to the lunar cycles.
Subsequent ageing for 24 months in French oak barrels. It is made from “100% Tempranillo” red grapes.
