We grow 35 hectares of our own Tempranillo grapes, which we carefully and lovingly nurture from planting to harvesting.
Our vines grow in a Mediterranean climate with characteristically dry summers, long, harsh winters, low rainfall (400-500 mm/year on average) and a considerable range of temperatures (from -20º to 42º C).
This extreme climate means that the grapes are small sized, with thick skins that ripen to perfection slowly and late, grapes of extraordinary quality that we use to produce exceptional Ribera del Duero DO wines.

Bodegas Pascual is located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero. This provides us with the perfect conditions for growing vines.
