GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Albariño
WINE MAKING PROCESS: This wine is made by picking the best flower must obtained from ripe “albariño” grapes. Fermentation takes place at 18º C (64.4º F) through cold stabilization and microbiological filtering.
TASTING NOTES: Very bright and clean, straw greenish yellow colour. Lingering aromas on the nose with hints of apricot, pineapple and apple fruits over a bundle of hay and white flowers. Full and creamy on the mouth, its wellbalanced acidity makes it fresh and elegant. Good lingering aftertaste.
TEMPERATURE FOR CONSUMPTION: The ideal serving temperature is from 10º C to 12º C.
