BODEGAS PASCUAL presently owns 30 hectares of vineyards, growing the native grape variety, and combines this yield with selected purchases from local vine-growers, so that up to half a million litres can be produced on its premises. Their red wines are produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes. They then mature in oak barrels in the ageing room. This is followed finally by a resting period in bottles, well away from any noise, light or movement, and so they reach the last stages in the development of their texture and qualities. |
